What happens to your details when you RSVP or buy a ticket

Who's collecting it

The event page you used is run by the event organizer named on it. Turnout is the software they use; it's made by WEAVR Information Technology Services (Davao del Sur, Philippines). The organizer decides what to ask for and is responsible for how they use it. We hold the data on their behalf.

What's collected

What it's used for

Issuing your ticket, confirming payment, letting you in at the door, and event updates from the organizer. Nothing else. We don't sell it, and we don't put advertising trackers on event pages.

Who can see it

The organizer and the door staff they invited (door staff see names and ticket status only). WEAVR, for support and to keep the system running. Nobody else — your QR ticket contains no personal data, only a random code.

How long it's kept

Until the organizer archives the event, which is normally within 12 months of the event date. Payment screenshots are deleted when the event is archived.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct, or delete what's held about you. Contact the organizer first; if you can't reach them, email hello@weavrstudio.com and we'll help within 15 working days.

Turnout is operated by WEAVR Information Technology Services, Davao del Sur, Philippines. Registered with the DTI and the BIR.
